Young siblings came to me as they had been allowed to go unconditional without finance and now the title of house was coming through and they had been declined finance by their Bank, and were going to lose their deposit which was savings and Kiwisaver funds. I was able to work through with family and Lenders and they are now in their first home and loving it.

Clients were more than half way through a major renovation and their Bank Manager declined the next Loan. They were about to lose the builder as well if they could not carry on with the project immediately. I was able to work through the case with their Bank and the builder and get the funds to finish the project.
