SJA Mortgages Ltd collects holds and uses your personal information in order to provide and promote its services to you.

Retail banks, lenders and third-party financial service providers in order to assess your suitability for the products and services they provide in line with your personal requirements.
Anyone SJA Mortgages may be required to disclose your personal information to if disclosure is required by law, including laws of other jurisdictions, for example to government and regulatory authorities.
We may also share this information with overseas third-party suppliers, service providers and other related bodies for some of the purposes listed above.
HOW WE STORE YOUR INFORMATION
We use third party service providers to store and process most of the information we collect through our CRM Trail encrypts the information both in transit and at rest, so in the incredibly unlikely event the database was to be accessed by an unauthorised entity, the data would be unusable.
We may use cloud storage to store the personal information we hold about you. The cloud storage and the IT servers may be located outside New Zealand. We ensure that our cloud-based service providers are subject to appropriate security and information handling arrangements and that the information stored or processed by them remains subject to privacy obligations.
We may also be required to share the information with our aggregator Newpark Financial Services and the Compliance Company engaged by Newpark for the purposes of regular audits.
WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS
You do not have to provide information to us. If you choose not to provide necessary personal information when requested, we maybe be unable to provide certain information or services to you.
You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
