Armed with some 40 years’ experience across New Zealand’s financial sector, I held management and Lending positions at three of the country’s largest banks – offering clients the benefit of qualified advice from someone who has been there and fixed that. I joined the Bank straight out of school and completed my studies whilst working in the Bank . I left corporate Banking and embarked on my own Business to give my clients flexibility to be able to choose the Lenders they wanted to be with, not just the Lender I was currently working with
Understanding that your property is your most important asset, I approach each situation with a clear and thorough plan in place – utilising my professional contacts to cover the market methodically and ensure clients are always on track to achieving their financial goals.
Priding myself on the ability to simplify the often-complicated realm of mortgage management; I am decisive, communicative and above all else – motivated by results for my clients so that they can be confident in my ability to negotiate the waters between first home purchases, subsequent home purchases,building, renovating, restructuring and refinancing debt.
I am always on hand to answer questions, and offer advice throughout the process together with my clients and beyond.
I really enjoy working with new clients who are the children of some of my original clients, it is very rewarding to see the next generation doing so well.
Outside of work I enjoy time with family and pets, and I also love my sports, although these days it is spent mostly watching the sport rather than participating myself.
